One day Industrial visit at PIXON Energy Pvt. Ltd., Rajkot
  • Organization: The visit was organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Shri Labhubhai Trivedi Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLTIET), Rajkot.
  • Date: February 10, 2023. Venue: PIXON Energy Pvt.
  • Ltd., Rajkot.
  • Target Audience: 30 students from the Mechanical Engineering department (including both Degree and Diploma programs). Key Learning Areas: * Students explored the technical specifications of different Solar Modules.
  • They observed the end-to-end manufacturing and assembly of Solar Panels.
  • They learned about the various processes and machinery involved in solar production.
  • The visit covered quality control aspects, specifically identifying defects in solar panels.
  • Outcomes: Students received certificates of participation from the industry.
  • The visit provided practical insights into renewable energy technologies and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solutions.
